This website is owned and operated by Canyon Spirit Botanical Ventures, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. Our instructor, Feather Jones, offers educational programs focused on herbal traditions, plant knowledge, and practical preparation skills. These Terms govern your use of this website and any products or services you purchase through it.
2. What We Offer
We currently offer the following educational products and services:
Private tutoring. One-on-one sessions with Feather Jones, scheduled and paid for individually.
Live virtual classes. Group classes offered online on a scheduled basis. Tuition is paid per session or per enrollment period as indicated at the time of registration.
Online courses. Self-paced courses available through our learning platform. Each course is purchased for a one-time fee, which grants you personal access to that course. In the future, we may also offer subscription-based access to our full course library for a recurring monthly fee.
In-person field experiences. Guided outdoor learning events, including nature walks, plant identification excursions, and multi-day camping experiences. Fees for these events are listed at the time of registration and vary by program.
The nature, schedule, and availability of any offering may change at any time. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.
3. Accounts and Registration
Some services — including online courses and live virtual classes — require you to create an account on our learning platform. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may update your account information, including payment details, at any time through your account settings. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations of these Terms, without obligation to provide a refund for unused access.
4. Your Privacy
When you create an account or make a purchase, we collect certain personal information such as your name, email address, and payment details. We take your privacy seriously and handle your information with care.

5. Payments and Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase or registration. We accept payment through the methods available at checkout.
For subscription-based services (when available), your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Prices are subject to change. Any price change for a subscription will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at your next renewal date.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for online courses, virtual class tuition, private tutoring sessions, or in-person event fees.
For subscription plans: we do not offer refunds on subscription payments. If you cancel, your access will continue through the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
We understand that situations vary. If you have a concern about a purchase, please reach out to us directly. While our policy is no refunds, we are happy to hear from you.
7. Course Access and Permitted Use
When you purchase a course or subscribe to our platform, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access that content for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not share, resell, redistribute, record, or otherwise reproduce any course materials without our express written permission.
Sharing your login credentials with others is not permitted. Access granted by a single purchase or subscription is for one person only.
We reserve the right to update, revise, or remove course content at any time without notice.
8. Educational Purpose Only — No Medical Advice
All content on this website and within our courses is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Canyon Spirit Botanical Ventures, LLC and Feather Jones are not licensed healthcare providers and do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.

11. User Conduct
By using this site and our platform, you agree to treat other students, instructors, and staff with respect. The following are not permitted: harassment or abusive behavior toward any person, sharing or misusing another user’s personal information, spamming or posting unsolicited promotional content, and any activity that disrupts the platform or learning environment.
Violations of this section may result in immediate account termination. No refund will be issued in such cases.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of this website or our services after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
